I have many line managers who are missing the essential skills of leading a team. They are great people, technically competent, but their lack of knowledge, skills and experience is starting to hurt us.

We are evolving quickly as a business and our culture is changing, but not for the better. If we don't 'reset' soon, we'll lose focus and fail to deliver our business plan this year.

I have a team of professionals who are not willing to give feedback or have occasional difficult conversations. I'm new in role and I need my team to hold each other accountable, improve motivation and deliver results.
