Covid Lockdown - Free Virtual Learning Events

We all remember how challenging the Covid lockdowns were for us. Many people were working harder than ever before, some were on Furlough, others were losing their jobs. YOU. provided several free 60 minute virtual workshops for people who needed support and some human interaction! There was no charge for taking part, it was the right thing to do, for our existing customers and anyone else who wished to dial in.

I attended one of Dyfrig's free 'Managing Your Imposterism' events just before I began a long interview process for an internal promotion. It made such a difference to my confidence and helped me to get through those inevitable "imposter" moments I had throughout the process. I have since found out that I was successful in the role and I know attending the free event had such an impact on managing the self critic in me. Thank you so much Dyfrig!!!

A trusted partnership with Elim Housing

Elim Housing Association is one of the largest housing associations in England, providing affordable homes for families in Bristol & Gloucestershire. In 2019, we were asked to help us scope, design and facilitate several sessions on Culture and Values for Elim’s annual staff conference. The main output from this event was the creation of the Elim CARES Values that represents their commitment, how they deliver their services and work together. YOU. has co-designed and facilitated Elim's annual colleague conference ever since.

Dyfrig was an excellent facilitator as he helped us deliver all our objectives for the day. The sessions were impactful and were a great launch for our ongoing work on culture and values. Our staff were really engaged and were able to develop a sense of ownership which was a key outcome. Dyfrig used a consultative approach to tailor the sessions to meet our needs, ensuring a balance of fun and work throughout. He was very receptive to our thoughts and input and willing to alter his approach and proposal. On the day, his facilitation style went down well with our staff, binging a good amount of energy and positiveness to the conference.

BGL Group - Contact Centre Skills development

We briefed Dyfrig to design a series of workshops for our all our Contact Centre Coaches at BGL Customer Services. The four one day 'Coach!' workshops and support materials have given us outstanding business results, not only by using his own expertise, but also with support of his business network. Dyfrig delivered exactly what we wanted. We have measurable improvements in knowledge, skills and behaviours; performance and engagement of our manager population people is at an all time high; the Peer to Peer coaching culture the programme has created is incredible.
